Online Return Process
You may return merchandise purchased at our online store if it meets the guidelines below. Note that these guidelines are not necessarily the same for merchandise purchased at RfWeL’s physical store locations.

Guidelines
You must request an RMA number by logging into your account and using the \"Returns\" feature or by calling our Ecommerce support hotline. An RfWeL Ecommerce specialist will review your request and send you feedback via email. You may view the status of pending return requests by logging into your account.
If your return request is within our returns policy detailed here, and after obtaining an RMA number, you may return merchandise in person to RfWeL’s physical location or mail it to the following address:

You will receive a cash refund, store credit or replacement (based on your selection when requesting an RMA number) only if it meets the criteria below.

14-Day Return Period
Fourteen days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available on cellular phones, data modems both branded & unlocked & handheld GPS systems. Note that other conditions may apply for cellular phone return such as total talk-time minutes used.

30-Day Return Period
Thirty days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available on the remainder of our products (see exceptions below).

Exceptions
       Labor and/or installation services
       Items that are abused or not in original packaging
       Service activation fees
       Shipping & Handling charges
       Any consumable item such as batteries and used coaxial cable crimps.
       Test and installation equipment such as crimpers and spectrum analyzers..
       Items otherwise designated as "Special-order" or "non-returnable" either on Quote/Estimate or Invoice or via email correspondence with sales/support
       Opened computer software & embedded device firmware.
(To get credit for these items, they must be unopened. If the original is damaged or defective, please see below).

    Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. If the item is damaged or defective, please see details below.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on opened radar detectors, handheld GPS and in-vehicle integrated video/audio/wireless systems. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on special order products, including long range wireless video transmitters & specialty enterprise wireless products not otherwise designated as special-order. These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged, you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law.

Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in \"like new\" condition). In some cases an item missing components/accessories that originally shipped with it may be non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you return a damaged or defective item by mail or to RfWeL’s retail location, you will receive a credit. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item in the store or online. Call the retail store ahead of time to ensure that we have the product in stock at that particular location.

Personal Data
Please remove all personal data (e.g., wireless phone data, DVR video images, router passwords etc) from any returned products. RfWeL is not responsible for any personal data left on or in these items.

Promotional Items and Rebates
Any product that is returned without the promotional item(s) included with the original transaction (e.g., buy cell phone, get free SD card; or buy data card modem, get discounted mobile router) will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount. Any product that was purchased when a mail-in rebate was available on the purchase is subject to having the amount of the rebate deducted from the refund amount.

Whereas RfWeL will strive to ensure customer satisfaction with the goods/services purchased from our online shopping system Rf Wireless, LLC reserves the right to deny any return.
