Zyxel WiMax Modem Antenna Kit includes a 16dBi panel antenna a 10FT low-loss coaxial cable w/ SMA-plug (male) and N-Male plug that connects the Antenna to the Zyxel modem.

Note that the Zyxel MAX-206M2 WiMax Modem has 2 MIMO antenna ports (SMA-female). For optimal performance you should purchase two of this kit if you are experiencign multipath interferance (obstructions to line of sight from WiMax tower to antenna.
