Zyxel WiMax Modem Antenna Kit includes a 16dBi panel antenna a 10FT low-loss coaxial cable w/ SMA-plug (male) and N-Male plug that connects the Antenna to the Zyxel modem.

For optimal performance you should purchase two of this kit if you are experiencign multipath interferance (obstructions to line of sight from WiMax tower to antenna.
