office move New/Existing Open Contracts, Reseller Orders or Volume Orders. We will continue to handle any new orders to existing resellers, contract vehicles, and large volume corporate or government orders. Please contact your account rep directly, send a PO to sales@rfwel.com or contact us
Existing Orders and Backorders. All orders currently placed before 12/23, all backorders, and all exchanges will be shipped as normal.
New E-Store Orders. No new E-Store or Phone orders will be accepted during this period. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Returns. We will continue to accept eligible returns during this period. To request a return please contact us with order # and return details. For more information see our return policy. Returns received during this period will be handled as normal.
