HANA SELECT Outdoor 3G/4G Router & Antenna System

HANA SELECT now allows combining high-gain outdoor Cellular/WiMax antennas with router and removes the need of purchasing an outdoor antenna kit in addition to 3G/4G router. This makes much more sense especially when outdoor antenna mounting location is far from network connection point such that it would require long lossy coaxial cables to indoor CPE/modem (it is much easier and cheaper to run 100ft of CAT5E cable than 100ft of LMR-400 coaxial cable).

The HANA Max solves the most common problems encountered with mobile 3G/4G router deployment including:

Signal strength/throughput – 13 dBi directional antenna locks in the signal – especially in beneficial for WiMax where the 2.5-2.7GHz band used by N. American WiMax providers has much worse in-building penetration capability than cellular/PCS bands.
Physical modem Security – HANA’s radome cover locks in the USB modem.
Flexibility of Placement – using POE allows the router and USB/Express modem to be placed where signal is best and router is out of the way (air plenum rated for above suspended ceiling, outdoor with NEMA kit, etc..)
Easy Installation – HANA’s “all-in-one” design allows for easy installation with 1 CAT 5 cable connection and 4 screws on the mounting bracket (if necessary). The signal strength meter on the user interface allows for easy site placement and antenna tuning.
Enterprise Class Features – HANA’s onboard BC2 router provides all the necessary advanced routing features like SNMP, SSH/CLI, Open WRT, VPN IP Pass through.
